Ladies With Parasols

  • 2 oz gin

  • 2 oz prosecco

  • 1 oz St. Germain Elderflower Liqueur

  • 1/2 oz Lemon Juice

  • 1/2 oz Lime Juice

  • Topped with Fresh Blueberries and Strawberries

  • Served on ice.

Red Velvet Swing

  • 2 oz Jamaican Golden Rum

  • 1 and 1/2 oz Velvet Falernum

  • 1 oz Lemon Juice freshly squeezed (Alt. Lime Juice if preferred)

  • 1/2 oz Bing Cherry Syrup

  • 4 dashes orange bitters

  • Garnish with Bing Cherry

  1. To make honey syrup combine 1/2 cup of water and 1/2 cup of frozen bing cherries in sauce pan and stir over medium heat until it comes to a boil.

  2. Line a strainer with cheese cloth and place over a medium heat-safe mixing bowl.

  3. Pour contents of sauce pan into strainer. Squeeze cherry skins with cheese cloth to juice them.

  4. Return the contents of mixing bowl back into sauce pan. Add 3 Tablespoons granulated sugar. Stir over medium heat and bring to boil. Syrup should thicken.

  5. Combine ingredients in cocktail shaker.

  6. Shake with ice and strain.

  7. Serve with rocks or without.

  8. Garnish with Bing Cherry.
