The Velma

  • 1.5 oz gin

  • 1.5 oz sweet vermouth

  • 2 to 3 dashes orange bitters

  • 1/4 of an orange freshly squeezed

  • bing cherry for garnish

  1. Combine ingredients in cocktail shaker.

  2. Shake with ice and strain.

  3. Serve with rocks or without.

  4. Garnish with bing cherry.

  • 2 oz bourbon

  • 1/2 oz honey syrup

  • 3/4 oz lemon juice freshly squeezed

  • 1/2 teaspoon of freshly grated ginger

  • Candied ginger slices for garnish

  1. To make honey syrup combine 1/2 cup of water and 1/2 cup of honey in sauce pan and stir over medium heat until dissolved.

  2. Combine ingredients in cocktail shaker.

  3. Shake with ice and strain.

  4. Serve with rocks or without.

  5. Garnish with candied ginger slice

The Funny Honey

  • 4 oz bourbon

  • 1/2 oz honey syrup

  • 2 oz lemonade

  • 2 oz elderflower liqueur

  1. To make honey syrup combine 1/2 cup of water and 1/2 cup of honey in sauce pan and stir over medium heat until dissolved.

  2. Combine ingredients in cocktail shaker.

  3. Shake with ice and strain.

  4. Serve with rocks or without.

  5. Garnish with slice of lemon.

The Go-To-Hell Mocktail

  • 3 oz of pineapple juice

  • 1.5 oz of coconut seltzer

  • 1/2 of a lime freshly squeezed

  • 1 sprig of fresh mint muddled

  • 1 sprig of fresh mint for garnish

  1. Using juice of 1/2 a lime and sprig of fresh mint, muddle in bottom of cocktail shaker.

  2. Add pineapple juice and coconut seltzer to cocktail shaker.

  3. Shake with ice and strain.

  4. Serve with rocks or without.

  5. Garnish with sprig of fresh mint.
